3. Good civic conduct
You must not have been convicted of a serious crime in Spain or in your country of origin during the period of residence.
4. Additional documentation
Include a valid passport, a criminal record certificate from your country of origin and from the countries where you have resided during the last five years, and any other documentation that proves your residence and ties to Spain.
