1. Continuous residence in Spain
You must have resided in Spain continuously for at least two years. Your absence from Spanish territory cannot exceed 90 days in total within these two years.
2. Demonstrable work activity
It is necessary to prove that you have worked in Spain for at least six months. This can be done through a court ruling, a judicial conciliation report, or an administrative resolution confirming the infringement report from the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.
3. Absence of criminal record
You must not have a criminal record in Spain or in your country of origin during the last five years.
4. Additional documentation
Include a valid passport, a criminal record certificate from your country of origin, and any other documentation that proves your employment ties and your residence in Spain.
